The axolotl has several sensors, so it will wag its tail, display rainbow lights, and make sounds when touched!<\/p>\n<p>If kids pet the head (and activate the belly cap sensor by holding it in their hand), the axolotl will reveal the kid\u2019s mood by flashing colors. A color-to-mood guide is provided \u2014 blue is sleepy, purple is happy, green is silly, and so on. When kids pet the head without touching the belly sensor, the baby axolotl will sing a song. Kids ages 5 and up can learn how to share and take turns petting the toy, watching the tail move, listening to the sounds, and discovering what mood the axolotl reads. Once playtime is over, drain the pool by opening the plug on the bottom.
